Main Uses and Scope of Application

The GTF series axial flow fans are primarily designed for use in high-speed rail tunnels, highway tunnels, subway tunnels, and underground mine tunnels.

Structure and Characteristics

(1) This series of ventilators consists of a collector, fan, motor, silencer, and other components. The housing and structure are fabricated by welding steel plates, while the impeller is cast from aluminum alloy. The fan employs a direct-drive configuration between the motor and the impeller, ensuring reliable transmission. The overall design is simple, compact, robust, durable, safe to operate, and easy to maintain.     

(2) The device was designed and manufactured using advanced techniques such as three-dimensional flow aerodynamics theory, equal-sweep composite orthogonal blades, and wing profiles.  

(3) It features a compact structure, low noise level, high efficiency, excellent aerodynamic performance, high air pressure, stable operation in working environments, and broad application scope. Depending on the tunnel length and specific ventilation requirements, the equipment can be used either as a complete unit or in stages, thereby reducing energy consumption and conserving resources—making it an ideal solution for localized ventilation over medium distances during tunnel excavation.

(4) Equipped with an outsourced composite noise attenuation device, it exhibits characteristics such as ultra-low noise levels and excellent sound reduction performance. The inlet and outlet silencers can be extended according to user requirements to further reduce noise emissions.

(5) The tunnel axial flow fans produced by our company employ variable frequency control, allowing arbitrary adjustment of air volume to achieve energy-saving effects.
